Skills for the New Employee is a self-paced online course designed to help people new to the workforce, or new to an office environment, build the interpersonal skills that matter most in their day-to-day role. Beyond technical job knowledge, success at work depends heavily on communication, professional presence, and personal management — and this course covers all three.
Students learn how first impressions and professional presence shape workplace relationships, techniques for staying assertive without conflict, and how to navigate difficult people and situations with confidence.
